Cellcast plc (AIM:CLTV), the global interactive digital broadcaster, announces that the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2006 (the “Annual Report”) have been posted to its shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP on 9 July 2007 at 10.00am.
The notice of this meeting has been posted with the Annual Report.
