Cellcast plc announces that on 15 July 2010 it received notification from Mr. Jason Cropper that following a share purchase made on 6 June 2010, he now has an interest in 4,330,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.69% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
