Sky

SKY Television

British Sky Broadcasting is the operator of the United Kingdom’s largest digital television platform, Sky digital. Sky also owns and operates 11 channels, including Sky One, Sky News, Sky Travel, the Sky Sports channels and the Sky Movies channels. Its interactive services portal, Sky Active, is available without subscription in more than 7.4 million digital satellite households and, together with games channel Sky Gamestar, has a weekly reach of more than 1 million individuals (BARB).

Asia Satellite Telecommunications Company Limited (AsiaSat), the leading regional satellite operator in Asia, serves over two-thirds of the world's population with its satellites. Over 130 analogue and digital television channels and some 130 radio channels are now delivered by the Company's satellites, reaching over 80 million households, with more than 300 million viewers across the Asia Pacific region. AsiaSat is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Asia Satellite Telecommunications Holdings Limited, a company listed on both the Hong Kong (SEHK: 1135HK) and New York (NYSE: SAT) stock exchanges.

Star TV Star TV

Launched in 1991 with five television channels, STAR pioneered satellite television in Asia and today broadcasts over 50 services in seven languages, offering a comprehensive choice of entertainment, sports, movies, music, news and documentaries. Reaching more than 300 million viewers in 53 countries across Asia, STAR is watched by approximately 100 million viewers every day. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the News Corporation.

BT BT

BT is one of Europe's leading providers of telecommunications services. Its principal activities include local, national and international telecommunications services, higher-value broadband and internet products and services, and IT solutions. In the United Kingdom, BT serves over 20 million business and residential customers, as well as providing network services to other licensed operators. BT is listed on the London Stock Exchange (BT Group).

Future Television Future Television

Future Television was launched in Lebanon in 1993, and quickly became the nation’s fastest growing television station. Its regional satellite channel Future International, which started broadcasting on Arabsat 2A in 1995, has since become one of the leading Arab satellite stations.

Vodafone Group Plc provides an extensive range of mobile telecommunications services, including voice and data communications, and is the world's largest mobile telecommunications company, with a significant presence in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Far East serving over 147 million customers. Vodafone is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Hutchison 3G (H3G) is a division of the Hong Kong-based multinational conglomerate Hutchison Whampoa. H3G is the leading global player in the 3G arena, holding licences in ten markets with total population coverage of approximately 175 million. O2 O2

O2 is a leading provider of mobile services to consumers and businesses in the United Kingdom, with over 13.5 million customers. It was formed in 2001 following the demerger from British Telecom of its former mobile business, BT Wireless. O2 is a subsidiary of mmO2 plc which also delivers O2 branded services in Ireland and Germany. O2 is the United Kingdom market leader in mobile data services such as text, with three quarters of a billion messages being sent by O2 customers each month.

The Orange group is one of the world’s largest mobile communications companies and a subsidiary of the France Telecom group, with operations in 16 countries across Europe and beyond. It provides a broad range of personal communications services, including Orange GSM1800 services and other digital cellular telephone services to over 52 million customers worldwide.

T-Mobile T-Mobile

T-Mobile International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, is one of the largest international mobile communications carriers. More than 109 million people use the mobile services provided by companies in which T-Mobile or Deutsche Telekom have a majority or minority stake. It owns network operators in Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, the Netherlands, and the USA, and has major holdings in the Czech Republic, Poland, Russia/Ukraine.

Virgin Mobile Virgin Mobile

Virgin Mobile Holdings (UK) plc, the United Kingdom's largest mobile virtual network operator, is majority owned by Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group and uses T-Mobile's network. Since its launch in November 1999, Virgin Mobile has attracted more than 4.6 million customers. Virgin Mobile shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange (VMOB.L).
